HVAC Customer Service & Inside Sales (Counter) Representative Jobs in Naperville, IL at WSM Industries
We are looking for an HVAC Customer Service & Inside (Counter) Sales Representative to join our wholesale team. In this role, you aren’t just "taking orders"—you are the face of our branch, helping HVAC contractors find the right parts, solving technical problems on the fly, and ensuring our warehouse and delivery teams stay in sync.
What You’ll Do
- Assist walk-in HVAC contractors with parts identification, pricing, and order fulfillment
- Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently
- Answer inbound calls and provide product support and availability
- Upsell and recommend additional products, accessories, or system components
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area
- Build strong relationships with repeat customers and contractors.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support daily branch operations.
- Support branch manager and team with administrative needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a wholesale environment or a strong familiarity with HVAC parts and products is highly preferred.
- Prior experience with Epicor Solar Eclipse ERP is a major advantage.
- Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office (or similar), and standard office equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Team player with a positive, reliable attitude
- High school diploma or GED; ideally 1+ years of experience in a similar sales or clerical role.
- Bilingual – Spanish/English

Pay: $19.00 – $30.00 per hour
