Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia for a Human Resources cum PA. The role involves carrying out personal and executive administrative assistance tasks, managing communications, and handling diary management. Additional responsibilities include providing clerical support, coordinating meetings, and assisting with travel arrangements.
• Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Creating clear and concise reports.
• Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Qualifications
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Communication skills
Diary Management skills
Strong Clerical skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Human Resources is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
