Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue employment certificates (e.g., paklaring).
- Monitor stock levels and manage office supplies, including pantry items, stationery, and medical supplies.
- Process purchase requests and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Coordinate with office support staff to ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.
- Assist in calculating and processing intern salary payments.
- Support general HRGA administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or final-year students majoring in Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication & administrative skills
- Able to use Google Docs and Google Spreadsheet
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
