You will handle the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that recruitment and payroll functions are executed with total precision. Requirements
- Previous experience in HR and payroll administration within a school setting.
- Deep understanding of the “Single Central Record” (SCR) and safer recruitment protocols.
- Must possess the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship).
- CIPD Level 3 or higher is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
- Full-time, permanent contract.
- Salary Range: £28,000 – £34,000.
