Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Office Administrator to manage day-to-day human resources tasks, payroll processing, and general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Process payroll and track time, attendance, and PTO
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Assist with recruiting, job postings, and scheduling interviews
  • Support basic HR functions such as policies, documentation, and benefits coordination
  • Handle general office administrative tasks and help keep operations organized

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR, payroll, or office administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Gusto, or similar) preferred
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team environment

Schedule:

  • Flexible: Part-time (20–25 hours/week) or Full-time depending on experience and company needs
