Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Office Administrator to manage day-to-day human resources tasks, payroll processing, and general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Process payroll and track time, attendance, and PTO
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Assist with recruiting, job postings, and scheduling interviews
- Support basic HR functions such as policies, documentation, and benefits coordination
- Handle general office administrative tasks and help keep operations organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR, payroll, or office administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Gusto, or similar) preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a small team environment
Schedule:
- Flexible: Part-time (20–25 hours/week) or Full-time depending on experience and company needs
