Independence Title in Austin, Texas (Main/Shepherd Mountain Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following:
– Providing administrative and clerical support to HR Department
– Must have strong ability to maintain confidentiality always
– Providing support with onboarding and first day scheduling of new employees
– Assisting with preparation of new hire packets and orientation materials
– Handling various HR inquiries from employees, some in-person, and directing to appropriate HR Team members when necessary
– Becoming fluent in all things related to corporate benefits, policies, and processes
– Successfully assist with quality control of our documentation process and employee information tracking
– Proactively seeking solutions and researching, whether alone or with the team
– Managing additional duties, participation, and responsibilities as requested by HR Team

Qualifications:
– A High School diploma or equivalent is required
– Prior office or administrative experience required
– 1 – 2 years of HR-related experience preferred but not required
– Experience with Excel required
– Ability to become proficient with various HR platforms
– Great communication and customer-oriented skills required
– Ability to work hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
– Microsoft Suite proficient
– This position is required to work at our main office (not a work-from-home position)
