Schedule: Total 5 days/week | Weekend coverage required
Classover (NASDAQ: KIDZ) is hiring a full-time Household & Retail Operations Coordinator to support a private household and related operational environments.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who is highly organized, dependable, responsive, and comfortable managing day-to-day logistics and operations.
Responsibilities
- Household scheduling and daily logistics
- Vendor coordination and errands
- Staff coordination and follow-through
- Children’s schedules and appointments
- Retail/store operational support on weekends
- Inventory and operational assistance when needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities
- Responsive and able to follow through independently
- Comfortable working weekends consistently
Preferred Experience
- Operations, hospitality, childcare, retail, or coordination experience
- Experience managing schedules or logistics
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Salary: $4,000/month
Start Date: May 2026
Visa sponsorship may be considered for exceptional long-term candidates after a successful probation period.
Pay: $4,000.00 per month
