Duties
Searching for exceptional house manager and personal assistant for an UHNW family in the south of France, near Ramatuelle. The right candidate will be fluent in English (and, ideally, French) and have at least five years of experience. Duties will include:
- Helping plan social events, dinners, and functions
- Assisting with basic business and legal research
- Assisting with travel planning, reservations, purchasing, and other duties as assigned
- Management of files for the Principal
- Liaising with domestic staff on all household activities and ensuring seamless coordination
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
- experience running a household, giving orders, managing a team with a commanding gentle but firm presence.
This position reports directly to the principals. This is a live-in position (employee only). The role may involve travel to other residences, though the majority of work will be performed in Ramatuelle.
