We are looking for a highly organised and service-oriented Private Household PA & Concierge to support an international family based in CASCAIS- Portugal. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in luxury hospitality who is used to delivering high standards of service and anticipating client needs.
The position involves managing day-to-day household operations, coordinating schedules, handling bookings and reservations, and providing a seamless concierge-style service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet, with a natural ability to create a smooth and well-run environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, with occasional flexibility for evenings and weekends when required.
Salary is between €3,000–€3,500, depending on experience, along with full benefits.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality (essential)
- Fluent English
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Full right to work in Portugal
