Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Service Manager Track)
Location: Irvine, CA
Salary Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Required

Leadership Starts at the Front Desk

We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor who leads by example, sets high service standards, and takes ownership of the guest experience.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Guest Service Manager, AGM, or General Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead front desk operations during peak hours
  • Coach team members on service, communication, and professionalism
  • Conduct daily huddles (arrivals, VIPs, service focus)
  • Oversee arrivals, departures, and room assignments
  • Ensure strong guest engagement and service recovery
  • Partner with AGM/GM on team performance and operations

F&B Support

  • Assist with breakfast and evening reception operations
  • Engage guests during service periods
  • Support inventory, cleanliness, and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Hotel front desk experience required
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Professional, calm, and guest-focused under pressure
  • Flexible availability (weekends & holidays required)
