Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Service Manager Track)
Location: Irvine, CA
Salary Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Required

We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor who leads by example, sets high service standards, and takes ownership of the guest experience.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Guest Service Manager, AGM, or General Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations during peak hours
- Coach team members on service, communication, and professionalism
- Conduct daily huddles (arrivals, VIPs, service focus)
- Oversee arrivals, departures, and room assignments
- Ensure strong guest engagement and service recovery
- Partner with AGM/GM on team performance and operations
F&B Support
- Assist with breakfast and evening reception operations
- Engage guests during service periods
- Support inventory, cleanliness, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Hotel front desk experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Professional, calm, and guest-focused under pressure
- Flexible availability (weekends & holidays required)
