Job description:
We are currently looking for a long term, dedicated and reliable person to join our team!
This position is great for college students or anyone who wants part time work and likes to work alone! This position will be around 2-4 days a week (16-32 hours a week), 8 hour shifts. We are looking for serious applicants only who can start immediately.
Shifts:
Overnight- 11:00pm to 7:00am
We are currently looking for someone who has open availability and is able to work the overnight shift. Overnight shift open availability is required for this position . Weekend and Holiday availability is required!
Pay:
All employees start at $11.00/hr for the first 90 days of training.
Requirements:
– Must be over 18 years old.
– Highschool Graduate or equivalent.
– Must have good communication skills and patience.
– Must have reliable transportation.
– Must know English language fluently, Spanish is a plus but not required.
– Is able to stand on feet for long periods of time and able to preform all job tasks.
– Had no conflicts that will interfere with shifts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Checking In and Out Guests in a quick and efficient manner.
– Answering incoming phone calls.
– Following all hotel policies and procedures.
– Keeping work area clean and organized.
– Taking reservations over the phone and in person.
– Doing shift’s designated chores.
– Communicating with other shifts.
– Getting all guests information at check in.
– Attending monthly front desk meetings when needed.
– Cash management.
– Faxing information or documents when needed.
– Happily assisting guests with needs and requests.
– Keeping calm under stressful situations.
