Job Summary
Gain high-end luxury sales experience with us as we host Open Houses at our multi-million dollar properties on the water.
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host for Open Houses to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for prospective clients and visitors. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring each guest feels valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and hospitality expertise will set the tone for a positive experience that leaves a lasting impression. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your guest service talents in a dynamic environment dedicated to connecting people with their future homes or properties.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Have guests sign-in to the check-in sheet
- Watch guests tour the home, and provide some informative points
- Collect visitor info and feedback and share it with our team
Skills
- Great communication skills, ability to engage confidently with guests
- Must dress professionally for a luxury real estate role
Schedule
- Very flexible! Open Houses are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 1-4, and you sign-up to do as many or as little as you are available, and would like to – around your own schedule for the 3 hour Open House. We have a growing team of staff, and assign you at one of our luxury listings for each day.

Pay: $16.70 per hour
