About the Job:
The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for welcoming guests warmly, managing front desk operations, and supporting daily administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Representing the first impression of the company, the role ensures a professional, customer-centric experience while maintaining efficient communication with both internal teams and external visitors.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly, answering inquiries in person, via phone, and by email.
Direct visitors appropriately, update employee directories, and notify relevant colleagues of visitor arrivals.
Introduce customers to sales staff or service advisors and maintain visitor engagement throughout their visit.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area by following company procedures and regulations.
Handle daily mail, shipments, deliveries, and keep updated records of office expenses.
Manage front office supplies and inventory in coordination with the HR Department.
Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and maintaining customer records.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Finance departments to support seamless customer experiences.
Ensure luxury brand standards are reflected in guest interactions and workplace appearance.
Monitor showroom visitors and coordinate introductions with appropriate team members.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant hospitality, customer service, or reception role.
Attention to detail and professional presence with a good-looking appearance.
Experience or knowledge of luxury brand representation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
