We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the administrative functions that support the smooth operation of our hospitality services. Your responsibilities will include assisting in managing operations, coordinating schedules, handling employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Duties
- Assist in managing operations.
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for employee and inventory records, reservations, and administrative documents.
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and schedules
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to process invoices, payments, and financial records may be needed.
- Coordinate calendar management for staff and executive schedules with precision and timeliness.
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files, menus, schedules, SOPs, etc.
- Provide support with office supplies, stock and inventory procurement and inventory management.
- Support team members with personal assistant tasks as needed to facilitate daily operations
Experience
- Prior experience in office management or administrative roles within the hospitality or service industry. Background in service, culinary, or food & beverage is encouraged.
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and perform data entry accurately
- Clerical or administrative experience that showcases attention to detail and proofreading capabilities
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
