The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. You’ll be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care delivery. What You’ll Do:
- Administrative Support: Answer phones, greet visitors, process paperwork, and maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical).
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain patient information in our electronic health records (EHR) system.
- Medical Supplies Management: Assist with ordering and shipping of medical supplies to our clinicians in the field
- Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, our clinical team, and our partners ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Supply Management: Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient inventory control.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Drive)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
