Our team of caregivers is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients, and we are looking for a Home Care Scheduler to join our team.Position Overview: The Home Care Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of our caregivers and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of services. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors while maintaining a work-life balance.Key Responsibilities: – Create and maintain schedules for caregivers and clients, taking into account their availability and preferences- Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm schedules and make any necessary changes- Monitor and track caregiver attendance and punctuality- Coordinate with the care management team to ensure that clients’ needs are being met- Maintain accurate records of schedules and caregiver assignments- Respond to scheduling requests and inquiries from clients and caregivers in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure an adequate pool of caregivers to meet client needs- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss scheduling challenges and solutions- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with caregivers, clients, and their familiesQualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in scheduling or coordinating preferred- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office- Compassionate and empathetic towards the needs of seniors- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screeningWorking Conditions: This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically Monday-Friday.
Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.
