GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
– Providing a consistent 5-star experience to all customers in-person, by phone & email.
– Lobby management and scheduling.
– Maintenance of facility cleanliness and organization.
– Assisting therapists with their clients and supplies.
– Following all provided policies and procedures.
– Able to pass background check
– 2-3 years of customer service experience is preferred.
– Excellent multitasking and communication skills
– Positive energy and "CAN DO" attitude is a MUST
– Dynamic group building personality
