Position Title: Lead Guest Experience Specialist (Growth Opportunity into Assistant Manager)

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + commission opportunities + performance incentives

Position Summary (Purpose):

The Lead Guest Experience Specialist plays a key role in the daily operations and guest experience at V/O Med Spa Canton. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, sales-driven, team-oriented, and interested in growing into an Assistant Manager role as the spa continues to expand.

This individual will help lead by example at the front desk, support daily spa operations, assist with team accountability, and ensure every guest receives an elevated V/O experience from start to finish. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Service:

  • Deliver exceptional, VIP-level customer service to all guests in person, over the phone, and through digital communication
  • Ensure every guest interaction reflects V/O Med Spa’s standards of professionalism and hospitality
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills

Sales & Revenue Support:

  • Assist in achieving monthly spa goals for memberships, retail, services, and treatment packages
  • Educate guests on promotions, memberships, Cherry Financing, and treatment recommendations
  • Help maximize schedule efficiency and support provider productivity

Leadership & Team Support:

  • Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and positivity
  • Support onboarding and training of new Guest Experience Specialists
  • Assist management with daily team support, accountability, and workflow organization
  • Help foster a collaborative and growth-focused team culture

Operations & Administration:

  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain accurate guest records and support front desk organization
  • Assist with inventory tracking, retail merchandising, and operational tasks
  • Work within booking and POS systems efficiently (Zenoti experience preferred)

Marketing & Brand Support:

  • Assist with social media content, in-spa events, and community outreach efforts
  • Encourage guest reviews and engagement to help grow the V/O brand

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years experience in customer service, med spa, aesthetics, wellness, luxury retail, or hospitality preferred
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Experience with Zenoti or similar scheduling/POS systems preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Weekend availability is required
