Guest Experience Specialist – Luxury Salon & Spa

Robert Andrew Salon & Spa is seeking a professional, experienced Guest Experience Specialist to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, polished, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a luxury salon and spa environment.

Our Guest Experience team plays a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless experience for every guest from the moment they walk through the door.

Position Overview

The Guest Experience Specialist supports the service team, ensures accurate appointment scheduling, assists with professional homecare sales and ensures every client receives attentive, high-level customer service.

We are looking for a mature professional seeking a long-term position who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule Requirements

This role requires:

• Availability every Sunday

• Open availability during the week

Typical shifts include:

• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (or close)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth

• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations

• Handle client check-in and checkout

• Process payments and retail purchases

• Support service providers with scheduling and guest flow

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment

• Assist with retail recommendations and promotions

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or front desk experience

• Salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury retail experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with scheduling systems and POS software

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
