Guest Experience and Marketing/Media Specialist Jobs in Midland at Rosewwod Healthcare
Rosewood Medical Spa is seeking a highly organized and personable Guest Experience Representative who also brings a flair for social media! This unique dual role is perfect for someone who enjoys both front-desk interaction, sales and content creation. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients while also shaping our brand’s online presence. Rosewood Medical Spa is a physician owned medical spa that specializes in making our clients feel their best! We have the latest medical grade skin and beauty equipment in the industry. We also specialize in hormone replacement therapy for both men and women.
Front Desk / Reception Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Assist the providers with Guest Relations responsibilities
- Ensure the reception area is clean, professional, and stocked
- Support daily operations and assist practitioners as needed
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Plan and schedule posts using social media tools (e.g., Later, Canva, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Collaborate with staff to showcase treatments, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content
- Stay current on beauty/wellness trends and social media best practice
Ideal Canidate:
- Friendly, professional, and confident in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with smartphones, photography, video editing apps, and social platforms
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Able to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics
- Experience in a spa, salon, sales and medical setting is a plus
- Experience with content creation or social media marketing is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
