Golf Server / Front Desk Server Jobs in Great Neck, NY at The Lounge X
Lounge X is looking for a responsible and organized Golf Server to join our team. This position will support our golf simulator area, front desk reception, and food & beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
- Assist guests with golf simulator check-in, reservations, and basic setup
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Manage reservations and communicate with team members clearly
- Provide food and beverage service to guests
- Take orders, serve items, and maintain a clean service area
- Assist with basic front desk and reception duties
- Use Excel or basic spreadsheets for simple tracking and records
- Stay organized during busy hours and multitask efficiently
- Support daily operations and help maintain a smooth guest experience
Requirements
- Previous server, hospitality, customer service, or reception experience preferred
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking with guests
- Basic Excel / spreadsheet knowledge required
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation
Expected average hourly earnings with tips: $17–$30 per hour, depending on experience, shift, and tip income.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
