Position: Global Mobility Assistant (Part-Time 50%)

Global Mobility Assistant (Part-Time 50%)
The role supports the management of international employee relocations, helping ensure a smooth transition for employees and their families.
Responsibilities
Initial experience (including internships) in HR, relocation, or similar areas
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving attitude
Qualifications
Initial experience (including internships) in relocation, HR or similar fields
Basic understanding of employee relocation processes
Interest in working with external providers and international contexts
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn
Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset
Required Skills
Degree or equivalent background
Good level of English
Italian and/or French are a plus
Contract details
National Collective Labor Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL), 3rd or 4th level;
Offered salary range: €15,000–€20,000 gross annual salary;
Initial fixed-term contract lasting 6 to 12 months
