Status: 6-month project

Pay Range: $19 to $22

Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm

Job Summary:

The office clerk will diligently perform administrative and clerical duties to ensure seamless office operation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Proof reading purchase order contracts.

● Order acknowledgments.

● Answering phone calls.

● Scanning quotes.

● Preparing shipping documentation.

● Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and mailing.

● Perform any additional duties as needed.

● Assist with special office projects as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

● Excellent time management and organizational skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

● High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
