Mô tả công việc

  • Operations & Cost Management:
  • Coordinate procurement of GA services; ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and basic variance analysis across GA categories
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor payments
  • Act as a key contact point for day-to-day office administrative matters
  • Data, Reporting & Automation:
  • Maintain and manage structured data for admin operations (cost, vendors, usage)
  • Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and support dashboard/report enhancements
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of admin-related data
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide practical insights to support decision-making
  • Apply Excel and available tools to streamline and improve reporting processes
  • Process & System Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve admin processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Support the development and enhancement of internal systems in collaboration with IT and related teams
  • Participate in requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system implementation
  • Coordinate with Team Leader, Manager, and team members to ensure accurate tracking, recording, and reporting of all admin services

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Core Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Proactive and resourceful in handling issues and driving solutions
  • High attention to detail, especially when working with data and reports
  • Well-organized with strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong Excel skills (data handling, reporting, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
  • Experience in improving reports or handling moderately complex datasets is preferred
  • Familiarity with Power Query, VBA, or AI-assisted tools is an advantage
