Freed Veterinary Hospital is seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our small animal (dogs & cats) practice in Hampton, VA.

Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets professionally and compassionately
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out accurately
- Process payments and review invoices
- Maintain medical records and client communication
- Coordinate prescription refill requests
- Support doctors and technicians with appointment flow
Qualifications:
- Previous veterinary receptionist or medical office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling emotional situations with empathy
- Detail-oriented with strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Team player with a positive attitude
Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
