JOB SUMMARY:
Full Time Veterinary Front Office Receptionist Opening:
We are seeking an experienced individual who is hardworking, an excellent communicator and demonstrates good character, to join our well-established mixed animal practice with its diverse caseload! Our mission is to practice high quality medicine in a warm, friendly and inviting facility.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Answering the phone
2. Scheduling appointments and procedures
3. Client check-in/check-out
4. Client communication and education
5. Being the primary communications representative for our Clinic
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
2. The ability to make decisions, communicate clearly, and anticipate the needs of our clients/ coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
3. Great at multi-tasking and can adapt to a variety of environments and situations
4. Be available full time including some Saturdays
5. Have extensive knowledge & experience with computers, software, telephones, and other office equipment
6. Enjoy communicating with an array of people ranging from face-to-face to on the phone communication
7. Be able to work independently & reliably without supervision
8. Veterinary front office/general front office experience preferable
