Role Description
We're hiring a remote Operations Assistant at RXR Media.
We ship thousands of direct mail campaigns every week — processing orders, coordinating with print vendors, managing USPS postage, keeping clients updated. It's a lot of moving pieces and we need someone who thrives on keeping things organized.
This is for people who:
- Are obsessively detail-oriented
- Have experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Are comfortable with Notion, Google Drive, Google Sheets
- Want to grow into an Operations Manager role
