We are a subcontractor looking for a Construction Project Admin. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, be organized and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer requests via email or phone
Develop pricing for customers when requested
Maintain schedule for projects
Assist with scheduling, managing quotes/installs, and coordinating installs
Process invoices, expenses, and other financial records.
Meet strict deadlines
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Construction Project Admin, Construction Coordination or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
This is a Monday-Friday in the office position as we do not do any remote work.
