Express Employment Professionals is growing. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energized, and interested in the staffing industry.

Your primary duties will be to coordinate and assist with recruiting, marketing, and the overall daily operations of the small office.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet office visitors and clients in office
  • Communicate with clients and associates in person and via phone, email, and texting.
  • Support daily activities in the office including calendar management, appointment/interview follow-ups
  • Support marketing and recruiting plans thru existing tools and Social Media
  • Data entry for employment applications
  • Collect associate timecards and process payroll.
  • Perform associated onboarding tasks such as I-9 verification and background checks as required.
  • Assist in calling to prior clients and associates.
  • Assist in filling open job orders
