Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Handle scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
- Assist with daily administrative and office operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service and office experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with basic office software
- Ability to work “in office” daily, approximately 30 miles south of Jamestown
