A company located south of Jamestown is seeking a dependable Office Coordinator with strong customer service skills to support daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Handle scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
  • Assist with daily administrative and office operations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer service and office experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with basic office software
  • Ability to work “in office” daily, approximately 30 miles south of Jamestown
