Position Summary

The Office Coordinator provides front desk reception and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for customer service, office organization, clerical duties, and maintaining daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and greet visitors professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and courier packages
  • Prepare bank deposits and complete daily post office/bank runs
  • Order office and breakroom supplies and maintain common areas
  • Coordinate office lunches, gifts, and employee events
  • Maintain office equipment including copiers, printers, and phones
  • Assist with harassment prevention training administration
  • Verify Social Security numbers monthly
  • Perform general clerical and administrative support duties
  • Maintain confidentiality and assist with additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical or office experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
  • Typing speed of approximately 40 WPM preferred

Working Conditions

Fast-paced office environment with frequent phone and in-person interaction. Position requires reliability, punctuality, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
