Front Office Clerk/Receptionist Jobs in Forney at Precious Pets Day Spa
Precious Pets Day Spa is a boarding, daycare, and grooming facility that focuses on the well being and safety of the animals in our care. We are looking for animal lovers that are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the health and care of the pets we look after.
We are looking for outgoing, upbeat people to work as a receptionist. We’re looking for people who can create an outstanding first impression for our furry clients and their owners. You’ll need to be great at selling our services and retail, multi-tasking, with phones ringing and clients walking in at the same time. This can be a fast-paced job, especially during holidays when people go on vacation. While seeing cute and happy animals is a plus, you will spend most of your time working with clients.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Up-selling services and retail
- Booking appointments
- Answering phones and making calls
- Processing payments
- Cleaning and housekeeping chores
Requirements:
- Windows/Computer knowledge
- Customer Service experience
- Reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable around dogs and cats
- Must be comfortable cleaning up after pets
- Must be comfortable up-selling and relaying information about our services to clients
- Must be available to work morning, nights, weekends, and all holidays
Extras:
- Experience in the animal care industry a plus
- Experience with Excel program is a plus
