Front office Assistant / Dispatcher with Data Entry in North Phoenix – Medical Dental Benefits Jobs in Phoenix at West Coast Plumbing & Air
We are seeking a Front office assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our front office team with assistance of dispatch, follow up with customers, data entry, and helping with marketing. Excel spreadsheet and Quickbooks Knowledge a must.
9 to 5pm preferred hours. pay weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with phones, dispatching calls. Help with billing if needed
- Create Spreadsheets for Vendors and Customers. Able to Format PDF forms.
- Help manage field employees appointments and follow up -overflow from receptionist
- Maintain office inventory.
- Run customer payments and log them in system
- Troubleshoot and resolve appointment issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services – Experience in Plumbing or HVAC a plus
- Medical, Dental benefits offered. Company pays vision and 4% match to 401k . Pay weekly.
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and front office. YOU MUST HAVE DISPATCH EXPERIENCE. (please do not apply if you do not)
- Ability to build rapport with clients and field employees
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excel experience requested and Quickbooks – must have simple knowledge of it.
- HVAC or Plumbing customer service/dispatching experience a Plus
- Office located off 1-17 and Pinnacle Peak, not remote position.
- Reliable transportation a must. Must live within 20 miles from office.

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
