Our established real estate office is seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Office Managerto join our team. This individual will serve as the welcoming presence of the office while playing a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining organization, and helping create a seamless experience for both clients and agents.

We are looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and exceptionally strong at working with others. The ideal candidate brings professionalism and warmth, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency and grace. Real estate experience is a plus, along with strong administrative, computer, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer phones and manage front office communications
  • Onboarding Agents
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient work environment
  • Assist with contract complianceand file management
  • Provide administrative support to agents and office leadership
  • Help coordinate office systems, technology, and general workflow
  • Assist with marketing materials and office promotion efforts
  • Support a collaborative, service-oriented, and professional office culture

Full Time: Mon-Friday 9-5
