SUMMARY: Provide administrative support and assist the Manager and Board of Directors. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Monday thru Thursday 9:00 – 1:00
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Meet and greet residents.
3. Provide and assist residents with policy forms.
4. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Excel.
5. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing,
mailing, and filing.
6. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
7. Research, price, and purchase supplies and services.
8. Maintain office and client inventory.
9. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
10. Support Board of Directors in assigned project based work.
11. Communication via phone and email to residents.
12. Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
