Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Administrator. This pivotal role involves managing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth office workflow. Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and effectively within the team to meet the goals of the company
- Respond to customer inquiries and orders via email or phone
- Communicate with customers in a helpful manner while gathering the information needed to complete the customer’s order
- Complete internal paperwork required to advance the customer’s order through production
- Complete projects assigned by the owner
- Coordinate with multiple department heads for the accurate and timely print of a customer order
- Always taking the initiative to ensure the culture and values of First Tape & Label are reached
- Maintain tidiness of work area, including keeping Computers and printing equipment clean and in good repair
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles for a minimum of 3-5 years
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles is a must!
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure clarity and professionalism in all documents
