Clean Wash Laundry Systems is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual for the Front Office Administrative Specialist position. The Admin will support internal departments, front office, and customer interactions. Ongoing training may expand duties to include receiving orders, processing payments, inventory, and Accounts Receivable.

Our office is a NON-Smoking environment.

We do NOT offer or fund major medical insurance, but provide company-paid Life insurance, 401K benefits, and various supplemental health, dental, and vision policies.

Our Culture

We are a small business with a core team supporting sales, service, and office operations, with a network of sub-distributors throughout the Midwest. Each team member handles specific areas but shares overall office responsibilities. Our office is located in a warehouse setting, relaxed yet focused.

The right candidate must be self-motivated, responsive, and able to work independently. The Admin will be the primary contact for customers and must be capable of multitasking and working autonomously after training.

We aim to hire the best candidate and promote internally whenever possible, investing in our team members.

Primary Responsibilities

Answering customer and manufacturer calls, resolving concerns, and directing calls for first call resolution

Handling incoming mail and inquiries

Greeting and assisting walk-in customers and deliveries

Receiving parts and supplies, updating orders, invoicing

Pulling orders, packaging, and shipping

Processing payments

Managing inventory

Performing miscellaneous office duties, errands, and supporting special projects

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Quick Books Online and/or Accounts Receivable procedures; training available for the right candidate

Proficiency with computers, internet, Google Sheets, and Docs

Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve

Physical ability to bend, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted

Reliable transportation

Hours

Full-time preferred; part-time (minimum 25 hours/week) possible. Workweek:
Monday-Friday.
