Front Desk Team Member Jobs in Bon Air, VA at Steadman Family Dentistry
We’re looking for a high-level front desk team member who brings professionalism, energy, and strong communication skills to the office. This role is a key part of how our patients experience the practice, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in what they do and naturally creates a positive, polished environment.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing a busy schedule while keeping the day running smoothly. You should be comfortable speaking with patients about treatment, insurance, and finances, and able to do so in a clear and professional way.
Over time, we want to grow this role into helping lead our consult process. The right person will be able to connect with patients, guide them through treatment recommendations, and help them feel confident moving forward with care.
What we’re looking for:
- Dental front desk experience required
- Strong understanding of insurance, scheduling, and treatment coordination
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-focused
- Positive, team-first mindset with a strong work ethic
- Someone who takes ownership and is always looking to improve

Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8–5
- Friday: 8–1
