Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Desk Supervisor to lead all Front Desk operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising the Front Desk team across all shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate billing, strong enrollment performance, and consistent guest satisfaction.

This position operates on a rotating schedule including morning, evening, occasional overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to support a 24-hour hotel operation.

The Front Desk Supervisor sets the tone for service excellence, accountability, and professionalism at the Front Desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Front Desk operations and lead the team across all shifts
  • Ensure outstanding guest service and a welcoming, professional environment at all times
  • Drive guest satisfaction scores and Reward/loyalty enrollment goals
  • Train, coach, and support Front Desk Agents to maintain high performance standards
  • Oversee scheduling and ensure proper coverage for all shifts
  • Manage room inventory, rate accuracy, and support revenue optimization efforts
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, and audit procedures
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with Night Audit duties and troubleshooting front office systems as needed
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments regarding VIPs, groups, and special requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure Front Desk environment
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred (hospitality strongly preferred)
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Ability to meet guest satisfaction and enrollment performance goals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24-hour hotel environment
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to pass required drug screening and background checks
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems quickly

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs when needed
  • Frequent interaction with guests in a busy front desk environment
