Be the Face of the Studio
At Central Park Dance, energy, artistry, and community come together — and we need someone special to be the first person our students, families, and guests encounter. We’re looking for a warm, sharp, and motivated Front Desk Associate to keep our Scarsdale studio running smoothly and feeling welcoming from the moment the doors open.
Whether you’re full-time or part-time, you’ll play a real role in shaping the experience our community loves. Bonus points if you have a passion for dance!
What You’ll Do
- Own the front desk — greet guests, answer calls, and set the tone for every visit
- Field customer inquiries and connect people with the right team members
- Drive retail sales and keep our studio boutique looking sharp and fully stocked
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash with care
- Keep the lobby, front desk, and studio spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Support our Artistic Director and Director of Operations with day-to-day needs
- Enforce safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all
Scheduling
We’re flexible on total hours, but at least one weekend day is required for all applicants.
Part-time candidates should be available from approximately 2:30/3:00 PM through 9:00/9:30 PM on weekdays — our busiest and most exciting window of the day. Weekend shifts start and end earlier, giving you your mornings back.

- Bring 2+ years of customer service experience to the table
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

- Have a knack for sales and love the feeling of winning someone over
- Can design eye-catching flyers and branded content in Canva
- Have a photographer’s eye and can help build our social media content library
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
