Dallas Performance Systems (DPS) is a premier fitness and baseball training facility focused on delivering high-quality coaching, a great member experience, and a clean, organized environment for athletes and families.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the face of DPS. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining an organized facility, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members, athletes, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Check clients in for classes, lessons, and facility use
  • Assist with booking, account questions, and general inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly
  • Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Complete opening and closing duties (including tidying, trash, restocking, etc.)
  • Monitor the facility and proactively address any issues (cleanliness, safety, organization)
  • Support coaches and staff with day-to-day needs
  • Help maintain an organized front desk area and lost & found

  • Responsible, dependable, and proactive
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Comfortable using basic technology (booking systems, email, etc.)
  • Availability for evenings and weekends

Preferred (but not required)

  • Previous front desk, retail, or customer service experience
  • Interest in fitness, sports, or baseball

Pay: $14.00 – $22.00 per hour
