Overview
KW Reserve Companies is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to support office operations, enhance the agent experience, and strengthen our social media presence.
This role combines front desk operations, agent support, social media management, and content creation. The ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and comfortable creating engaging content including reels, graphics, and marketing materials that promote agents, listings, office culture, and recruiting initiatives.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that directly supports agent productivity, office culture, and Market Center growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for agents, clients, visitors, and vendors
- Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, office inquiries, and conference room scheduling
- Maintain office organization, supplies, signage, and daily front desk operations
- Support agents with day-to-day office needs and basic marketing assistance
- Create and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create reels, short-form videos, graphics, captions, and marketing content for listings, events, office culture, and recruiting
- Assist with filming, editing, and posting content for agents and leadership
- Utilize AI tools and technology to support content creation, marketing, and operational efficiency
- Design digital and print marketing materials including flyers, announcements, and event graphics
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and social media platforms
- Track social media engagement and marketing performance metrics
- Support onboarding, recruiting events, trainings, and office events
- Provide administrative support to leadership and maintain organized digital files and marketing assets
Experience
- Prior experience in front desk administration, social media management, marketing, content creation, or executive support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and AI tools
- Ability to create engaging content including reels, short-form videos, captions, and graphics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Professional presence with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate industry experience
- Familiarity with Keller Williams systems (Command preferred)
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms
- Event planning and coordination experience

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
