Front Desk Service Concierge (22.5 hours: Monday, Thursday, and Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm)
As a Front Desk Service Concierge at Club Northwest, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide outstanding service and support to our members and guests. Your role is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while assisting with pro shop sales and addressing inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet members and guests with a genuine smile and personalized service.
- Membership Management: Efficiently manage check-ins and assist with membership inquiries.
- Pro Shop Sales: Promote and sell merchandise in our pro shop, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Phone Reception: Professionally handle incoming calls, providing information and assistance.
- Maintain Order: Keep the front desk area and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
- Engagement: Build positive relationships and create a bridge to future visits with members and guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Current CPR Certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software for check-ins and sales.
- Flexibility to work early morning, evenings and weekends.
- Passion for health and wellness a plus.
