We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk & Scheduler to join our growing dental office team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Maintain an organized and productive daily schedule for doctors and hygienists
- Check patients in and out during appointments
- Collect patient payments and accurately post payments in Dentrix
- Coordinate treatment schedules and follow up on pending appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient information
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience
Requirements:
- Previous dental office experience preferred
- Experience with dental scheduling software is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
