Front Desk Sales Coordinator – Nail Spa (Commission + Bonus Opportunity)
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking with people, has a natural smile in their voice, and enjoys helping clients choose services that make them feel great.
Our front desk team is more than just receptionist — they are the first impression of the salon and an important part of our sales team.
You will help guide clients to the right services, follow up with existing clients, and help keep our appointment books full.
Locations:
Germantown, MD and Bethesda, MD
(Candidate should be able to work at both locations when needed.)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls and assist clients with booking appointments
- Call existing customer leads and follow up with past clients to help them schedule their next visit
- Recommend upgrades, spa services, and add-ons to enhance the client experience
- Help fill open appointments and keep the schedule organized
- Support daily front desk operations and ensure smooth customer flow
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a friendly personality
- Comfortable talking with clients and making recommendations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Sales mindset and confidence recommending services
- Nail salon or beauty industry experience is a plus but not required
