Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk/Runner to join our vibrant team! This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth daily operations. As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk responsibilities, handle multi-line phone systems, and support office management tasks. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster a positive atmosphere and keep our office running efficiently. Duties

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming
  • Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to support administrative functions
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and basic office management duties
  • Support clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Assist therapists by bringing in patients and preparing the necessary equipment for their scheduled visit.
  • Skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Proficiency a plus on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively
  • Previous medical office experience necessary.
  • Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy for efficient record keeping
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
