MUST be tech savvy. This position also includes the use of social media and awareness or a keen eye for marketing. A basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and email campaigns are required. Highlighting company announcements as well as staying in tune with office wide events, accomplishments and wins for the agents. You will be utilizing in-house premade designs as well as getting in touch with your creative side to promote office events & accomplishments.
The candidate will have consistency, strong follow-up skills, and great follow-through. Ongoing professionalism with staff, leadership, sales associates, clients and vendors is essential. Must be flexible enough to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced, high-profile office while being persistent and organized with routine, repetitive tasks and comfortable maintaining existing systems and implementing new ones. The ideal candidate will possess qualities such as a commitment to excellence, the ability to focus in a distracting environment, unwavering integrity, results-oriented mindset, and a self-disciplined focus.
The position is called “Director of First Impressions”. The candidate will assist in the management of the office by providing support and feedback to the MCA and Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the office.

Essential duties and responsibilities
- Answering the phone correctly
- Properly routing phone calls
- Greeting everyone in a positive manner
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain appearance of reception area
- Maintain and produce daily, weekly, monthly training calendars and email blasts
- Developing and executing a marketing plan for company social media accounts for Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin
- Assist with new agent intake/on boarding procedures
- Makes weekly “Stay in Touch” calls
- Work hours Monday-Friday from 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay: $30,000.00 – $33,000.00 per year
