Who You Are
- Experienced in dental front office (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Comfortable collecting payments the same day
- Understands insurance breakdowns and verification
- Growth-minded and wants to build a career — not just have a job
- Has leadership qualities and wants to help build systems
- Passionate about patient health, not just scheduling
- Protects culture and operates drama-free
Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Presenting treatment and financial options clearly and confidently
- Collecting payments and securing financing
- Insurance verification and benefit explanation
- Scheduling for productivity and profitability
- Recall systems and unscheduled treatment follow-up
- Helping drive production goals
- Monitoring daily collections and adjusting when needed
- Creating a 5-star patient experience from check-in to check-out
- Supporting marketing efforts and Google review growth

Competitive hourly + performance-based incentives (discussed during interview).
