Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant Jobs in Tomball at PSL TECHNOLOGY LLC

We are a growing electrical contractor and installation company based in Tomball, TX. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Receptionist / Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a key role in a fast-paced, field-based business — you will work closely with management, field crews, and clients every day.

Phone & Client Communication

  • Answer and manage the main company phone line — screen, route, and take messages
  • Make outbound calls as requested by management (follow-ups, confirmations, vendor coordination)
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors at the office
  • Receive and process incoming packages and physical documents

Scheduling & Dispatch

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments
  • Program and optimize daily and weekly field crew routes using our routing system
  • Update appointment status and field visit outcomes in real time
  • Coordinate crew logistics based on project locations and priorities

CRM & Data Entry

  • Enter and maintain client records, contact information, project notes, and job history in the CRM
  • Upload and organize before, during, and after project photos by project
  • Log field reports, work orders, and material notes into the system
  • Keep all CRM data accurate and up to date

Social Media

  • Publish project photos and company updates on Facebook and Instagram
  • Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and plan weekly content using available project photos and highlights

Office Support

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Monitor office supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
  • Provide general administrative support to ownership and management as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning and working in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and routing software (training provided)
  • Experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in construction, home services, or field-based industries is a plus

90-Day Probationary Period

All new hires begin with a 90-day probationary period. During this time, you will receive full pay at your agreed hourly rate and ongoing training and feedback. A formal performance review will be conducted at 30, 60, and 90 days. Benefits (PTO, paid holidays, dental and vision) become effective upon successful completion of the 90-day period.
