Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Check clients in and out for appointments
- Answer phone calls, texts, and Instagram DMs
- Assist with booking, rescheduling, and client inquiries
- Manage appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Process payments accurately
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and inviting
- Support lash artists with daily studio operations
- Maintain client records and help ensure a smooth client experience
Requirements
- Customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and reliable personality
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy studio environment
- Comfortable using booking systems, phone, text, and social media messages
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Interest in beauty, lashes, or client care is a plus
